FREE WEBINAR FOR HIGH-PERFORMING WOMEN APPROACHING BURNOUT
STILL DELIVERING, BUT RUNNING ON EMPTY UNDERNEATH
For high-performing women approaching burnout
The clinical explanation for why nothing has worked and what actually will
"You're not lazy and You're not weak
You're not failing to manage your stress well enough.
Your nervous system is running a survival programme and no amount of willpower, sleep hygiene, or green juice will override it until you address that"
— Bal Matharu, Advanced Respiratory Physiotherapist & PhD Researcher
Does this Sound Familiar
You've done everything right
So why does it feel so wrong?
You're a high performer and you've built something real. You take your health seriously, therapy, supplements, good food, the expensive sleep tracker. But something feels off, something inside. Your bloods come back normal. The doctor says you're fine.
But you don't feel fine. You know something is fundamentally off and it has been for longer
than you want to admit.
→ You feel exhausted in the day, then suddenly alert at 11pm
→ You feel wired, restless and find it hard to wind down, even on holiday
→ You have brain fog that makes complex thinking feel impossible
→ The sleep that doesn't restore you, no matter how many hours
→ You have a low-level dread that never fully switches off
→ That feeling that one more demand will be the thing that breaks you
This is not a lifestyle problem and it's not a mindset problem. It is a physiology problem and the
reason no one has told you this is because most practitioners aren't trained to see it.
what you will learn
In 60 minutes, you will finally
understand what is happening in your body
1
The Science of 'Wired But Exhausted'
Why your nervous system is stuck in a survival state and why rest, holidays, spas and everything you've tried hasn't been able to shift it.
2
Why Your Bloods and Results Keep Coming Back Normal
What standard blood panels and GP appointments miss and the markers of nervous system
dysregulation that conventional medicine doesn't test for.
3
High-Functioning Survival — The Most Unrecognised State in Women's Health
Decades of over-delivering. Decades of holding it all together. And that is exactly the problem.
You cannot think your way out of a body in survival.
4
Regulation as Performance, Not Recovery
The clinical framework that lets high achievers rebuild capacity, cognitive clarity, and sustainable energy without stepping back from what they've built.
5
The Load Your Body Is Still Carrying
Yours, and Those Before You
Your nervous system holds more than your own lived experience.
When those layers are finally allowed to move, something fundamental shifts.
6
A Live Breathwork Experience
You will feel a measurable shift in your physiological state before the session ends.
Not as a demonstration, but as evidence of the way your body can shift its operational mode

"It's so important to have rest and recovery. And I also found the free session Bal Matharu did: 'Wired & Exhausted: Your Nervous System Is the Missing Piece' SUPER helpful..the 15 minute breathwork session was transformative."

"The whole experience was much needed by me. The first named point landed with me. Thank you for this session. Absolutely worth it! ⭐️💯😍"

"28 years of clinical experience, your own breakdown, your own reversal — this isn't someone who discovered breathwork at a retreat. This is someone who built a clinical framework inside their own body under the most extreme conditions. The phrase 'I used the same framework I now teach to regulate my own nervous system' is extraordinary."

Founder, CEO, The Other Eden
This is not a wellness event. There are no affirmations, no generic breathing exercises, no platitudes about self-care.
This is a clinical framework, delivered by a physiotherapist with 20+ years on the frontline and it will give you answers you haven't been able to find anywhere else.

"Nervous system regulation is not an alternative.
It is a missing clinical layer and it changes everything."

"I've spent 20+ years in clinical practice and watching high-achieving people hit a wall they didn't see coming. The pattern is always the same and it is always solvable. But not with what most people are trying."
- BAL MATHARU
