Full four-phase curriculum
Self-paced modules, guided practices, reflection exercises, and resources across all four phases. Work at your own pace with clear markers for when you are ready to move forward.
Daily somatic audio practices
Five to eight minute guided practices for morning regulation, evening wind-down, grounding, and orienting. Built to be sustainable, not aspirational.
Monthly live coaching with Bal
Every first Wednesday of the month, 7pm GMT. Bring your questions, what is surfacing in the programme, or whatever your body needs to voice. Replays included.
Monthly live breathwork with Bal
Every third Wednesday of the month, 7pm GMT. A guided somatic breathwork session, 90 minutes, to move through what talking alone cannot reach.
Private community
A space for the women doing this alongside you. Ask questions between sessions, share what is coming up, and feel the difference of being understood.
Nervous system self-assessment
A baseline assessment you complete at enrolment and repeat between phases. Watch your own data shift as the work takes hold.

The daily practices are five to eight minutes. The programme is self-paced. You move through it on your schedule. The live sessions are monthly. If you have time to be exhausted, you have time for this.
"Is this just mindfulness with better branding?"
No. Mindfulness is one tool in a much larger framework. The EMBODY Ecosystem draws on polyvagal theory, somatic practice, stress physiology, and Lifestyle Medicine. It is clinically grounded and evidence-informed.
"What if I fall behind or do not finish?"
You cannot fall behind in this programme. You move when you are ready. Some women spend months in Phase 1. That is not failure. That is the work.
